Data we collect
Contact and booking details you submit, selected services, consent evidence, technical security logs and analytics choices. Do not send special-category or highly confidential records through first-contact forms.
Why we use it
To route the request correctly, assess fit, respond, schedule meetings, protect the service, prevent abuse and keep evidence of consent and operational handling.
Routing and recipients
Requests are tagged automatically and may be accessed only by configured FST intake personnel and providers needed to operate the service. A separate professional engagement privacy notice applies after acceptance.
Retention and rights
Intake records are retained only for the approved operational period, legal obligations and dispute protection. Use the listed contact route to request access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion where applicable.
Cookies
Essential storage supports security and form operation. Optional analytics load only after consent and can be refused without losing access to the site.
Advertising measurement
After you allow measurement, the OpenAI Ads pixel measures visits to key Malta pages, outbound contact clicks and successful website enquiries or bookings. It may store an ad-interaction identifier in a first-party cookie and send technical event data to OpenAI for attribution. FST does not explicitly add enquiry text, contact details or selected service descriptions to event payloads. When OpenAI's automatic advanced matching is enabled, its pixel may detect supported customer information, hash it in the browser and include the hashes for matching. Hashing does not make personal data anonymous. FST requests that measured events not be used for future user-level personalization. Outbound WhatsApp clicks and schedule opens are intent events, not proof of a received message or booked meeting. Use Measurement preferences to withdraw permission for future events; services remain available without measurement.
Meeting scheduling
Where a Calendly schedule is offered, it loads only after you choose to open it. Calendly receives technical connection data and the booking details you submit under its own privacy notice; FST uses the appointment details to organise and respond to your meeting request. You can request a meeting by email or WhatsApp instead, and advertising consent is not required to book.
